CMPeople’s business is all about the long term relationships we form with clients and candidates, and our ability to access our extensive networks and experience on their behalf. We differentiate ourselves from other recruitment organisations by the way we connect, interact and deliver on commitments. Saying this, we believe that achieving outcomes are only part of our role; the other is ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • We have assisted small to medium enterprises through to large domestic and multi national blue chip organisations to identify permanent and contract candidates Australia wide. Some of the industries we have assisted our clients within include yet are not limited to; Utilities, IT vendors, FMCG, Retail, Automotive, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Superannuation, Insurance, Telcommunications, Government, Education, Health, Management Consulting, Engineering services, Petroleum and Mining.
  • We save clients time by only sending suitably matched candidates. This is achieved by listening to our clients and establishing exactly what our client is looking for in an applicant, both from a technical and cultural perspective. We will not waste clients time by sending CV’s for the sake of sending CV’s!
  • We operate under a partnership model whereby the company is owned by the employees.  This ensures that our Account Managers take ownership of the results and service delivered to our clients, and also allows our Partners to make decisions quickly in relation to clients needs.
  • Our Account Managers possess an average of 10+ year’s recruitment experience. This ensures that our clients work with experienced recruitment professionals who understand their recruitment requirements and unique individual circumstances.  
  • Each Account Manager is responsible for a limited number of trusted key client accounts, which ensures that the speed and accuracy of response to client requirements are delivered on time and to agreed service levels.  In addition each account manager is responsible for the entire end to end recruitment of resources on behalf of our clients.  
  • We are introduced to the majority of our clients and candidates via recommendations and referrals.
